A lokacinda rashin lafiya ta yi tsanani ga manzon All.., sai hankalin Zahra (s) ya kara tashi, sai manzon All..(s) ya na son ya sawwaka mata bakin cikin da take ciki, sai ya ajiyeta a kusa da shi sai, ya asirta magana a gareta, sai ta yi kuka, sai ya sake asirta mata magana, sai ta yi murmushi, sai wannan al-amirin ya bawa A’isha ummul muminina, mamayi sai da ta fito daga wajensa, sai A’isha ta ce mata, nag a cewa a yau kin fi farinciki a kan bakin ciki, menene ya fada maki kika yi kuka sannan ya sake fada maki kiya yi murmushi,?.

Wannan halin ya samarda hayaniya a dakin da manzon All..(s) yake jinya. Sai yace mas uku tashi ku fita, bai kamata ku yi jayayya a gaban wani annabi ba. Sai kuma anan suka fita, sun kuma fahinci abinda yake fada. Ɗana ne kaɗai mai kula da mu, kuma yana buƙatar tallafi da damar ci gaba don ya iya kula da mu.”
Falmata Garba, wata matashiya da ta sha wahala a hannun Boko Haram, ta bayyana wa wakilinmu irin yadda ta yi rayuwa da su.
“Sun sace mu ne daga garin Gwoza suka kai mu cikin daji,” in ji Falmata.
Ta ƙara da cewa, “an tilasta mini auren wani daga cikinsu, duk da yake mun haifi yara biyu da shi, amma dukkan yaran sun rasu saboda yunwa da rashin magani.”
A lokacin da ta yanke shawarar tserewa, Falmata ta shirya da wasu yara suka bi dare suka sulale. Sun yi amfani da damar da suka samu ta cewa ’Yan Boko Haram ɗin da suke tsare da su sun fita kai hari wani gari sannan suka tsere, inda suka kwana ukku suna tafiya cikin jeji. Daga bisani sun haɗu da rundunar sojan Nijeriya wacce ta kai su Maiduguri.
“Amma yanzu gamnati ta kore mu, sun ce mana mu kwashe yanamu-yanamu mu bar sansanin ’yan gudun hijirar, kuma tun daga wannan lokacin na faɗa tasku. A halin yanzu ina tsaka mai wuya kuma ina neman agaji don in samu in tsira da raina,” In ji Falmata Garba.

Bayan ta tsere ne ta samu ta yi aure, amma mijinta ya bar ta bayan ta haifi yara huɗu. Yanzu tana zaune ne tare da ɗan’uwanta a sansanin ‘yan gudun hijira na Bwari a Abuja. Hauwa ta yi kira ga gwamnatin tarayya da ta taimaka mata ta fara kasuwanci domin kula da ‘ya’yanta.
“Kamar yadda kuke gani, ba ni da wata hanyar samun kuɗin shiga sai dai ɗinkin hula da nake yi da hannu, wanda yake ɗaukar kusan wata biyu kafin in kammala guda ɗaya. Ina kira ga gwamnatin tarayya da hukumomin da abin ya shafa da su taimake ni da jari ko horo na ƙwarewa don in dogara da kaina in kula da yarana.”
A cikin watan Nuwambar bara, Ƙungiyar Kare Haƙƙin bil’Adam ta Amnesty International ta ƙaddamar da wani shiri mai taken #EmpowerOurGirls da nufin jawo hankalin hukumomin Nijeria da sauran masu ruwa da tsaki don tallafa wa mata da ƙananan yaran da suka tsira daga musgunawar ’yan Boko Haram da ta soja a jihohin Arewa maso Gabas don su dogara da kansu.
Daraktan Ƙungiyar Kare Haƙƙin bil’Adam ta Amnesty International a Nijeriya, Isah Sanusi, ya tabbatar wa Aminiya fara aiatar da wannan kamfe tare da yin alƙawarin bayar da cikakken bayani game da shirye-shiryen Amnesty International ke yi don ganin an ba wa mata da ‘yan matan da suka tsira daga Boko Haram tallafin da ya dace.
Sanata Ireagbor, Masanin Tsaro kuma Mai ba da Shawara kan Harkokin Tsaro a Nijeriya ya bayyana cewa, bai wa mata da ‘yan mata da suka tsira daga hare-haren mayaƙan Boko Haram damar samun ayyukan yi da tallafin kuɗi ba kawai wajibi ba ne, wata dabara ce ta yaƙi da ayyukan ta’addanci da a Arewa baki ɗaya.
“Ta hanyar bai wa waɗannan mutanen damar kula da kansu da iyalansu, za mu iya rage tasirin manufofin ‘yan ta’adda waɗanda sau da yawa ke amfani da halin talaucin da mutane ke ciki don yaɗa manufofinsu a cikin al’umma da kuma samun sabbin masu shiga ƙungiyarsu,” in ji Ireagbor.
Ya ƙara da cewa, “a wannan yanayin, matan da aka bai wa dama za su iya zama wakilan sauyi wajen inganta zaman lafiya da daidaito tsakanin maza da mata, da kuma juriya a cikin al’ummominsu.
”Haɗin kai tare da shugabannin al’umma da ƙungiyoyin mata yana da muhimmanci don tabbatar da cewa shirye-shiryen sun dace da al’adun al’umma kuma suna magance ƙalubalen da waɗanda abin ya shafa ɗin ke fuskanta.”
Naomi Abwaku Chibok, Jami’ar Hulɗa da Jama’a na Hukumar Raya Arewa Maso Gabas (NEDC), ta bayyana wa wakilinmu cewa, hukumar tana yin iyakar ƙoƙarinta don tabbatar da cewa mata da ‘yan matan da suka tsira daga Boko Haram a Arewa Maso Gabas ana kula da su da kuma basu damar sake gina rayuwarsu.
“Tare da ƙoƙarin da hukumar ke yi wajen taimakawa matan da suka tsira daga musgunawar Boko Haram ko ta soja, an kafa cibiyar koyon sana’o’i a Ningi Jihar Bauchi. Inda waɗanda abin ya shafa musamman mata suke koyon sabbin hanyoyin sana’a tare da ƙwarewar da za su iya tallafawa rayuwarsu.
“NEDC ta kuma kafa Ɗakin Tiyata don kula da matsalar Yoyon-fitsari ga mata da ke buƙatar hakan,” in ji Naomi.
Da muka tuntuɓe ta, ta hanyar manhajar WhatsApp, Kwamishiniyar Harkokin Mata da Ci gaban Jama’a ta Jihar Borno, Hajiya Zuwaira Gambo, ta bayyana cewa ba za ta iya yin tsokaci ba saboda yanayin lafiyarta.
