Kisan ‘Yan Arewa 16 A Jihar Edo: Gidauniyar Sir Ahmadu Bello Ta Nemi Adalci

Gidauniyar Tunawa da Sir Ahmadu Bello ta yi ala wadai da kisan gilla da aka yi wa ‘yan Arewa 16 a Uromi, Jihar Edo, a ranar 28 ga Maris, 2025.
Rahotanni sun bayyana cewa waɗanda abin ya shafa suna kan hanyarsu daga Fatakwal zuwa Kano lokacin da aka kai musu farmaki, aka sare su, sannan aka banka musu wuta a abin da gidauniyar ta bayyana a matsayin abin “aikin rashin imani” na tashin hankali bisa la’akari da bambancin kabilanci.
A cikin wata sanarwa da Darakta-Janar na gidauniyar, Injiniya Dakta Abubakar Gambo Umar, ya fitar, gidauniyar ta nuna damuwarta kan yadda hare-haren da ake kai wa ‘yan Arewa ke ƙaruwa a wasu sassan Kudancin kasan nan, tana gargaɗin cewa irin waɗannan munanan ayyukan na barazana ga hadin kan kasa da zaman lafiya.
“Muna matuƙar ƙin wannan aika-aika da aka yi wa ‘yan Najeriya bisa la’akari da kabilanci da yankuna,” in ji sanarwar.
“Abin baƙin ciki ne cewa ‘yan ƙasa ba za su iya yin tafiye-tafiye cikin kasarsu ba cikin tsaro da kwanciyar hankali, ba tare da fargabar farmaki ko cutarwa ba.”
Gidauniyar ta tuna da wasu hare-haren da aka kai a baya kan ‘yan Arewa a Kudancin kasan nan.
“Ba zamu manta da kisan ‘yan Arewa uku a Jihar Anambra a ranar 18 ga Janairu, 2022 ba, da kisan direbobin tirela biyu a Jihar Enugu a ranar 14 ga Yuli, 2023, inda aka kona motocinsu, da kuma kisan ‘yan Arewa biyar a Jihar Delta a ranar 30 ga Oktoba, 2024,” sanarwar ta karanta.
“Kuma ba za mu manta da kisan gillar da aka yi wa wata mace mai ciki, Harira Jibril, da ‘ya’yanta mata guda huɗu a Jihar Ebonyi a ranar 23 ga watan Mayun 2021 ba.”
“Waɗannan abubuwa da makamantansu sun nuna wani yanayi mai tayar da hankali da bai kamata a yi shiru a kansa ba,” in ji gidauniyar.
Gidauniyar Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial ta buƙaci a gaggauta kama tare da gurfanar da masu hannu a kisan Uromi, tare da biyan diyya ga iyalan waɗanda abin ya shafa.
“Muna buƙatar adalci cikin gaggawa, dole ne hukumomi su hukunta waɗanda suka aikata wannan ta’asa,” sanarwar ta ci gaba.
Haka kuma, gidauniyar ta roƙi shugabannin Kudancin kasan nan su ɗauki matakan wayar da kan al’ummominsu don gujewa ɗora laifi bisa la’akari da kabilanci da aikata ayyukan tashin hankali.
“Ba kowa ne ke da ikon ɗaukar doka a hannunsa ba,” in ji ta.
“Allah wadai kadai ba ya isa; dole ne a yi adalci.”
Sanarwar ta jaddada cewa kowanne ɗan Najeriya na da ‘yancin rayuwa da aiki a kowane yanki na ƙasa, tana mai buƙatar gwamnati da ta tabbatar da kariya ga kowa ba tare da nuna bambanci ba.
“Idan ba mu magance irin waɗannan hare-haren ba, muna fuskantar barazanar ramuwar gayya da rarrabuwar ƙasa,” gidauniyar ta yi gargaɗi.
“Don ƙasarmu ta ci gaba da rayuwa cikin zaman lafiya, haɗin kai da jituwa, dole ne mu yi watsi da duk wani nau’in nuna wariya da tashin hankali.”
Wannan lamari ya haifar da gagarumar fusata a fadin ƙasa, tare da kiran ga gwamnati ta ɗauki matakin gaggawa domin kawo ƙarshen rikicin kabilanci da tabbatar da adalci ga waɗanda abin ya shafa.

Shi kuma Sidi Khalil ya sanya azumin Sitta Shawwal a cikin makaruhai inda ya ce: “An ki baragurbi kamar Sitta Shawwal.”
To amma abin da ya fi zama daidai a wurin akasarin malaman Mazhabar Malikiyya shi ne mustahabbi ne a azumci kwana shida a cikin watan Shawwal (Sitta Shawwal), saboda fadinsa (SAW): “Wanda ya azumci Ramadan sannan ya bi shi da Sitta Shawwal kamar ya yi azumin shekara ce.” Muslim ya ruwaito.
Wannan saboda kowane aiki yana da lada goma, azumin watan Ramadan yana daidai da wata goma, na kwana shida na Shawwal kuma wata biyu.

Don haka malamanmu suka ce: “Karhancin an kayyade shi ne da sadar da shi da Ramadan ko kuma a yi su a jere, ko kuma mutum ya rika nuna wa mutane yana yin azuminsu idan ya kasance wanda ake koyi da shi.
Don haka idan aka rasa wadannan babu karhanci a ciki.”
Alkhidabi ya ce: “Malik (Rahimahullah) ya karhanta haka (azumin Sitta Shawwal) ne tsoron kada a riskar da Ramadan da abin da ba ya cikinsa daga bangaren jahilai da masu kekasar zuciya. Amma mutum a kashin kansa ba a karhanta masa azumtarsu ba. (Mawahibul Jalili na Khidabi, Mujalladi na 2 shafi na 414).
Shi kuwa Ad-Dardiyar ya ce: “An karhanta wa wanda ake koyi da shi ya sadar da shi (Sitta Shawwal) da Ramadan a jere kuma ya bayyana hakan yana mai kudirta Sunnah ce a sadar da su.” (As-Sharhul Kabir Mujalladi na 1 shafi na 51).
Al-Khurshiy ya ce: “Wannan (karhancin) idan ya azumce su ne yana mai sadar da su da Ramadan kuma ya yi su a jere kuma yana bayyana hakan tare da kudirta sunnacin sadar da su. Idan bai yi haka ba, babu karhanci.” (Mukhtasar Khalil na Alkhurshiy, mujalladi na 2 shafi na 243).
Da wadannan hujjoji ya bayyana cewa babu tufka da warwara kan abin da Ibn Jaziy ya tafi a kansa na sanya wannan azumi a cikin mustahbbai da abin da mai Mukhtasar Khalil ya tsayu a kansa na sanya azumin a matsayin makaruhi.
Maganar mai Mukhtasar Khalil ta tafi ce a kan idan aka yi azumin Sitta Shawwal a jere tare da sadar da su da Ramadan, wato ana kare Ramadan mutum ya zarce da su kuma ya yi su a jere.

Idin Fidir kuwa rana daya ce ba ranaku ne masu yawa ba kamar Layya wanda aka hada masa da hanin Ranakun Tashriki guda uku, wadanda a kansu (SAW) ya ce: “Ranakun Tashriki-Ranaku ne na ci da sha da ambaton Allah.”
Bisa ga abin da ya gabata: “Babu laifi ko karhanci a fara azumin Sitta Shawwal a rana ta biyu na watan Shawwal, hakika haka ma na iya zama mafi falala saboda abin da ke cikinsa na gaggawa da rigegeniya zuwa ga yin ayyukan alheri.
Kuma da abin da ke cikinsa na tabbatar da bin abin da ke cikin fadinsa (SAW): “Wanda ya azumci Ramadan sannan ya bi shi da shida daga cikin Shawwal kamar ya yi azumin shekara ne.”
Kuma isharar da ta fi a kan wanda ake bin sa azumin Ramadan, ya fi kyau a kansa ya gabatar da biyan a kan azumin nafila, domin Musulmi bai hakke cewa ya yi azumin Ramadan sai ya biya bashin Ramadan da ke kansa.
Bai hakkake ya bi bayan Ramadan da Sitta Shawwal har sai ya azumcin farilla daga farko.
Wannan saboda samuwar hadisan da suka yi bayanin ma’anar azumin shekara kuma lallai hakan na cikin babin aiki daya lada goma a madadinsa.
Misali Hadisin da Imam Ahmad da wadansu suka ruwaito daga Sauban (RA) cewa “Lallai Annabi (SAW) ya ce: “Azumin Ramadan daidai yake da – azumin wata goma, azumin wuni shida a bayansa na daidai da wata biyu, wannan ne cikar shekara.” Allah (SWT) ne Mafi sani.
