Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya (WHO), ta bayar da shawara kan kayyade shan siga ga manya da yara zuwa giram 50 a matsayin mafi yawa a kowace rana, wato misalin karamin cokalin shan shayi 12, ko kuma dunkulen siga 12.
Ko da zai kasance, ba ka da damar da za ka kayyade sigan da ke sha a cikin sauran abinci kamar buredi, biskit, yagwat, cakuleti da sauran makamantansu, yi kokari ka rage shan sigan lemon kwalba ko na roba da kuma tsurar siga, yayin shan shayi ko kuma sauran ababen sha da ake sarrafawa a gida.

1- Fitowar kurajen fuska
2- Saurin tsufar da fatar jiki
3- Rubewar hakora
4- Barazanar kiba
5- Barazanar ciwon zuciya da jijiyoyin jini
6. Barazanar ciwon siga (nau’i na biyu)
7- Haddasa kumburin jiki
8- Barazanar ciwon kashi da gabbai (rheumatoid arthritis)
9- Ciwon daji ko kansa da dai sauran makamantansu.
